The final piece will be sent over email and/or private message.

I will provide an update in every stage of the commission.

Updates are W.I.P. screenshots of the sketching, lining, flats, and shading stages.

If you are unreasonable to work with, such as being rude, spamming, or general harassment, I will give a full or partial refund depending on the amount of work that has been completed.

Unreasonable behavior can blacklist you from future commissions.

I retain the right to cancel a commission and return payment if a personal emergency occurs.

All payments will be done through PayPal (USD Only)

Invoices will only be sent after the client agrees on a thumbnail.

Payment is required before work can continue. This will be sent via invoice.

All prices are subject to change due to complexity. This includes but is not limited to markings, clothing, extra limbs, etc. This increase in payment will be discussed before an invoice is sent.

Clients are allowed up to two moderate revisions before charges occur.

As the client, it is your responsibility to provide up to date references of your character.

Major changes of the piece such as poses or characters will have prices similar to the original.

If there is a revision you want but I am not notified prior to completion, I am under no obligation to modify the piece.

Once the piece is complete the commissioner retains the right to the character.

The artwork is mine and credit must given.

As the artist, I retain the right to use and post the commission for advertisement and example work.

Commissions can be posted as anonymous or requested not to be posted.

The artwork provided cannot to be used for NFTs, any blockchain content, or AI.

Refunds can be requested if a commission has taken longer than a six weeks.

If started, commissions will be refunded partial payment along with any work that has been done.

Complete commissions are not eligible for refund.
